  • We’ll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking once dispatched.

Local Delivery (Blackpool & surrounding areas)

  • Free local delivery within our delivery radius.
  • Typical delivery 1–2 days after dispatch.
  • Minimum order value £30.

UK Delivery

  • Standard delivery: 2–4 business days.
  • Free UK delivery on orders over £50.
  • Orders under £50: delivery charges calculated at checkout.

International Shipping (Worldwide)

  • We ship worldwide.
  • Delivery times vary by destination and courier.
  • Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on weight, size and location.

Order Tracking

  • All parcels include tracking so you can follow your order’s journey.
  • Tracking details are emailed once your order is dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Orders

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an extra 2 working days before contacting us.
  • We’ll liaise with the courier and keep you updated until resolved.
